Will I have the same cleaner?
For regular visits, yes: we match you with a regular cleaner and keep your home’s priorities on file. If cover is needed, we arrange a replacement and tell you who is coming before you agree the change.
What if my cleaner can’t come?
We organise replacement cover and agree the person and timing with you. If we cannot agree a suitable replacement visit, you can reschedule or cancel that visit without charge.
Do I need to buy products or be at home?
We bring products and equipment. You can be out: we agree access arrangements before the visit. Tell us about delicate surfaces, product sensitivities and pets when we confirm your clean.
What happens if something is missed?
Tell us within 48 hours of the clean and we’ll arrange a free return to complete any missed item on the agreed checklist. We agree access and timing with you. The remedy covers missed cleaning, not new mess, inaccessible areas, permanent stains or pre-existing damage.
Is the quote the price I pay?
Yes, once we have confirmed the property, scope and price with you. Published figures are guides. We may ask for photos or a look around first. There are no unapproved extras, and nothing is booked until you say yes.
Do I have to commit to a long contract?
No. Regular cleaning has no minimum term. Give us at least 48 hours’ notice to change or cancel a confirmed visit without a cancellation charge. Full booking terms are supplied with your quote.
